Prototyping - yay or nay

Never had much of an eye for this type of thing. Especially if I was the one doing the work/coming up with the idea....so

Have a black hoodscoop on order and am debating cherry red mirror cap replacements.

Regardless

Be gentle..traditional blackout or PW/CR/Black?

Oh...this is by far not the finished product, just a quick application to see if I (and you all) like the look or not. Didn't even trim between trim gaps.

Not a big fan.

Like the dog, though.

I think I'd like it more if it didn't look like an gasket extruding between the top and bottom half of the car.

Funny how things look cool in your mind until you try them. The additional color I do like but...it's not quite right.

Maybe red mirrors will be enough

I want to like...But I don't know. Maybe if the hood stripes were the same color?

Good idea though. And the mirrors would look sweet I bet.

I like different! But my suggestion is that you need to match the red with other trim.

S'more in my gallery.

I say either do the red belt-line or the red mirrors. I think either will look good on their own, but if you do both it will be too much. I like the belt-line, as it is different, but there is something about red mirrors that is just mean.

IMO the only good looking beltline is a blacked out beltline. The idea is to make it visually disappear, not make it a focus point :P

Already blacked out traditionally.

Just hate TOO much conformity in the pursuit of individuality.

Ironic huh

not digging it, but i'd love to see you do a pepper white belt-line... not black, least it'd do the same job but it'd function differently

mirror caps okay
