When I purchased my 2006 (pre-owned) MCS it was missing the passenger side fog light... I thought no problem I'll just replace it or have the dealership slip one in next time I'm in for for service... to my shock... apparently the mounts for the fog lights are on a plastic section which extends the full width of the front of the car... and as my tabs are broken off apparently that whole piece would have to be replaced... (a nearly $250 part... and then labor... which was substantial)... I of course said no...

Sooo... my question is this what are the alternaives (please no duct tape responses)... i.e. surely there must be some sort of repair kit for this glaring design flaw... or at a minimum a snap in cover of some sort...

I can't be the only one in this pickle...
