Check he link in my sig - I've had the entire set of dash panels and the door skins off many times. Check for the Replacement Speedo How-to for instructions on removing the dash, and the Door-light LED How-to for instructions on pulling the door skins off.
if you have specific questions after eading those threads over let me know - the year of your car is important to know, as the removal process for both the dash and door panels is slightly different for 2002-2004 and 2005-2006 cars.
