I am replacing my scoop due to turbo heat warpage. I am thinking about changing my current stripes to sport (viper) stripes. My wife brought up the question if the heat can warp the scoop will it do anything to the adhesive of the stripes. So my question for you is: If you have sport (viper) stripes have you had any issues with the turbo heat?

I haven't had any problems with mine and I drive quite a bit.

 

No problem with mine, but my scoop hasn't needed to be replaced. Are you having the replacement done under warranty?

 

Yep, they had to order the scoop. I even told them the problem when I made the appointment 2 weeks before I brought my car in, but apparently they needed to see it for themselves. Then they didn't have the part in stock.
