How much did this cost me?

I was pulling my ski bag out of my mini today and it got caught on the driver side seat back. The hard plastic backing got pulled a little bit and has become slightly separated from the seat. Easy to fix or $$$? Photos to follow soon.

Well i got a better look. It appears that the hard plastic back connects to theseat at 3 spots. The top near the hear rest and and either corner of the bottom. The pic below shows the peice that connects to the seat, it looks intack, but can't figure out how it goes back. If someone has replaced cushions for their mini please get in touch with me.

Thanks

Dealership said to not worry about it and they would fix it under warranty the next time I had the car in for service. I love my dealership!
