Better Safe then $orry.
Yep, side rail is where I put the 2x4. I use the TSW jack points too. I lost a couple OEM jack points...
...not sure where...
The OEM 'foam' or whatever points always made me a little nervous when up on jack stands.

Please use jack stands. $10 at Sears...do it.
Thanks PGT.
Have you checked to see if the rubber pads are still on your ramps? I have had to replace mine a couple of times. I just use an old bike inner tube and cut strips that fit the whole length of the ramp and no skidding.

I lost one of the rubber pads on my Rhino ramp and it never stays still. Thanks for the tube tip I will give that a try.
not really needed. I have a buddy with a Bend-Pak four post lift...if it gets that involved, I just drop by (well, I did before he rented the house and went to Baghdad to make $$$$$).
Nice exhaust. Looks like it fits great. I like the big tips. Are you going to paint them black?
Are those Cross coilovers I see?

yep, Cross. I tried to paint them black on the car, but it didn't work so well. thought you were going to paint them before shipping, no big deal though. fit isn't perfect...heat shields are rattling. looks like the rear section rotated in the jig or something, so the whole thing sits a bit left

Rhino ramps..
I've use Rhino ramps, first for my Miata, now for both my MINI and Miata. I had the same type problem with slipping on my garage floor but I bought a remnant piece of indoor-outdoor carpeting with the rummber bottom. The rubber bottom keeps the stands from slipping and the nice "grass" top is softer than the concrete floor.
