Same first mod for me. Drive over to edge racing and replace the horrid runflats and the wheels if you like (wheels are option) the stock tires really suck, all season or runflat.
Florida minis ftw

the perfect first mod! i think i picked up my MINI on a thursday and had the windows tinted by noon saturday! as for the next mod, i say wheels and/or tires too. if your wallet is a little light (new car and all) perhaps a grill badge? stubby antenna? chrome exhaust tips to replace the heni's?, non-dealer plate frame (i didn't see the rear so i'm speculating)?

oh yeah, and we love photos. lots and lots of photos!

Had mine 3 weeks and did an intake. 6 mods later, I'm lusting for the Alta ECU mod! Congratulations, and keep the momentum going!

I have been thinking about the stubby antenna, but I think I will wait a month or 2 and get some springs to lower it. I hate that wheel gap, makes it look like a 4x4

Here is a shot of the rear.

Are there different chrome exhaust tips that might be better? . I kind of like these.

First mod should always be a Clear Bra.

In other words, make it your second mod.

I went for the 4" and love it!

Sweet tint, by the way. It really gives the car a much better look.

I have to agree with you on that. I think I am going to go with the 4" stubby antenna. Saw a my MA's Mini today and I am convinced of it now. Unless I see a Mini with a 2" stubby and change my mind.

Well if you look around the boards there are pictures of the 2". It's nice as well, I just prefer the 4".

Clear bra. Blacken out the beltline.

Stubby antenna. Better shifter **** (or this). Maybe some TurboCharged badges. A 17% pulley. Oh, wait....

TonyR, what percentage is the tinting? That will be my first "outsourced" mod.

And to weigh in on the stubby. I got one in my stocking for x-mas and it looks too short. I will probably be returning it for a 4".

I vote for the ALTA turbo-back. It really gives a kick in the a**! Then the intake!

I would say the 4" stubby and then wheels/tires and then the Alta Cold Air Intake.
