Cobalt Skid Plate Pre-Install Question

Anyone know if there are any issues with installing the Cobalt Skid Plate on a MCSC with a full aero kit?

Just want to make sure before I buy it.

Thanks

If you have the M7 USS installed you will have to notch the plate to fit around the front strut bolts. I don't have the Aero kit so can't help you there.

You'll need a metric tap to clean out the holes in the back, for the button heads screws they send you, I don't know what size ,sorry

Thanks guys.

no M& USS.......yet but I'll keep that in mind

Thanks for the "metric tap" tip....I'm actually replacing the hardware that comes with the Skid Plate with better quality hardware.

Still need to know if the plate will fit on a Mini with the Aero Kit.

Take those button headed bolts to the hardware store & buy Stainless Steel hex head ones. If you don't you will curse yourself for not doing that if you ever want to remove that plate again. The ones supplied will corrode.

I don't have an Aero kit, but I see zero reason for there to be any problems.
