I have seen a couple of photos of a sunshade for the front window that looks like the car eyes from the Cars Disney film..I would like to get one for my nieces Mini for the holidays,can anyone help out....Thanks so much in advance....

 

Last year they were readily available at the Disney Stores in the Malls. But, can't say I've seen them this year though. But it might be worth a few phone calls to those stores in your area.. And then there is always searching the internet to find one.
