Blackout Tape in CF Look?

I'm thinking about blacking out the chrome grille (the horizontal bars) with blackout tape. Anybody know if there's blackout tape that looks like carbon fiber?

Thanks.

Wondering about the application. I'm thinking about using blackout tape for the grille or doing the same with a CF product. These sound like individual sheets and I'm wondering how it looks if you have to stick two sheets next to each other if a sheet isn't long/wide enough for the surface you're trying to cover.

Thanks!

I have only started to work with it and don't think it is what you want. It is not as flexible as vinyl, but looks heaps better. It's real cf. Anything else looks very fake. Best for flat surfaces.

Good point - even the thinnest of the silverimageracing CF sheets (0.2mm) is 3-4 times thicker than most automotive graphics vinyl.
