Hi!
I'm a brand-new mini owner - I just picked up my Laser Blue 2007 S yesterday afternoon - YAY!
So I haven't definitely decided to tint the sunroof, but in reading these posts it sounds like it's a good idea for SoCal.
Is there a reputable company in the San Diego area that will do it that you guys can recommend?

congrats on the car. i just had mine tinted. i would have to say the best tint shop in san diego would be SDTint. they tinted my new mini and the quality is outstanding and they offer the F1 tint. one of the owners comes out to the socal meets and is really cool. Give them a call and talk to andrew. just google their name and it should come up. if not PM me.

Just out of curiosity, are you happy with the sunroof tint? Do you think it's worth it?

 

i've taken my last 4-5 cars to tint devil off miramar. Took the mini there the day after i got it

 

I didn't have the sunroof tinted, just all the other windows. the sun through the shades doesn't really bother me all that bad. but their work is second to none at the shop.
