Uhh

You might reconsider doing this. I designed head lights and tail lights and that lens spreads the light out to hit certain angle required by law. So if you get hit by some jerk that didn't see your signal then your insurance and the law can come down on you. It could very expensive.

I would just wait and get a white replacement lenses are available or just make your own.

Has anyone opened the headlight assembly through the front? I want to take that clip off and unhook the clips that hold the actual platic lens off the get to the chrome piece for painting....im just worryed that after putting it back together it wont be water tight

well i was just about to take the top plastic off of the headlight unit....it seems like it would be easy because it looks like its held in by only a few clips, but theres more....what looks like a rubber seal around it is actually some kind of gluey seal...so i wont be taking it apart for painting :'(
