i would like to get AUDI TT style shift boot ...does anyone know where can i get them?( please, provide the web site thank you)
i think tht looks pretty cool....looks more classic and sporty.....liks the old minis......
what do u guys recommand in driving lamps?
ALTA with 4 lights on the lower bumper or the OEM driving lights?
what is the installation fee do u guys think ?

 

 

neither of those is a viable source. the link for evofusion is not live in their site structure - I emailed with them about getting more and it appears google has that page cached and it's not linked on their site since they can't get them.

 

 

since I checked a year ago, yes. maybe they get stock in sporadically...I've never seen them in stock.

From what I was told by those "supposedly" selling the tiburon shift boot was that they were discontinued, and they would not be getting anymore...

So I went with the TT shift boot. It also helps having an uncle who works at an Audi Dealership

Here's mine. The only thing I don't like is how the stock shifter has that little ring around it where the leather boot came up to it... Oh well, it give me a reason to put on a SS kit

 

You could also call around to junk / salvage yards in your area and see if anyone has one. A good salvage yard will be linked into the national salvage network and will be able to order one from another yard for you. Good luck!

 

One more note, if you do go the TT route, you have to modify it a little bit to get it to work right. Drop me a PM if you need help.
