Nice details there! I'm also one of the "under-the-bonnet" detailers.

What sorta paint did you use for the valve cover, battery cover, etc.?

 

I ordered the rattle cans that are color matched from www.minspeed.net. Matching Indi Blue. The white is engine temp paint, and the clear coat is also engine temp paint...to help with heat issues. We will see how they hold up over time.

I also added all the aluminum tanks in the back of the bay...uber blingy

some outside shots, paintes side grill from black to white, added chrome rings around bumper lights, and painted antenna base to match the car ...plus the engine in the sun light, the photo does not do it justice. I think I am gonna sleep in the garage tonight so I can stare at the car all night. After 4 years, I am still in love with this thing . My wife is ready to commit me, and throw away the key, haha.

 

My next project is the engine. I need to find you at MITM.

 

I'll only be there on Thursday, see the thread in the MITM forum, Thursday unofficial events, that is the best way to find me. Otherwise, you are close enough, we can hook up for lunch during the week or something.

 

I'm setting up tents on Thursday morning then manning the registration booth from 12-4. I'll also be at the Brewswap.
I think your engine looks great and I want to steal some of your work (but in red).
I'll look for you when you register or at the Brewswap.

Hey, I just realized someone edited my title...they got rid of the rasta "Stylee" and made it "Style". :(. That sucks. Guess they did not get the rasta vibe when they read it. Would have been nice if they contacted me and let me know they were changing it, or even ask if I wanted it changed. :P on big brother.

it's a box set....four CD's with a bonus fifth 'Megamix'. The one you posted is Vol. 1. It's out of print now and truly a classic...the best of dancehall from that period. so much of the newer stuff doesn't match up.
