Quote: Wow, did the thread I started get taken the wrong direction or what?

If somebody has a problem with the $150 price point for a brand new WSM, (because they can't afford it or don't believe it's worth it), then all I say is: Wait and watch the NAM Marketplace like I did.

It'll take some time for it to turn up because you will find people don't want to get rid of them. That is until they buy another one.

Otherwise to all you WSM Haters out there, do what I do when I find a thread where I think the people are crazy: go to a different thread where they are talking about something you do agree with. It's more productive for you and for everyone else.

Back a little bit to the subject at hand <pardon the pun> I have sent 2 or 3 messages at WSM's websit3e, and have not heard back from anyone. Any idea on how long it may typically take Doug to get back with an email?

I either want a custom design, or one of the designs in his custom gallery, so I need to speak with him on it....

thanks

My experience has been that he responds within 24 hours. However, I think he is very busy with his "day job" right now. So there may be some delay.

Sorry; I have been falling behind a bit with my e-mails.
But there has also been some trouble with my website getting some of the messages to me.

If you don't mind, try e-mailing me directly; I'll reply right away.

whalen ****
Wow, looking for interior items for my Cooper, and came across this thread. I'm definitely going to order one . . . as far as the none-to-cool comments aimed at Octane Guy - - - I'll just say you can buy a **** or be a ****, I guess

Just got my **** in from Doug, WOW ! Ultra fast service, beautiful work and super easy to install

I see how complaints of it being cold or hot hold water....but it looks and feels great. It warmed up as I drove, in the summer I usually park in an effort to keep the direct sunlight out anyway......

Thanks Doug for a wonderful product, your price is very fair

Cheers,

Mike

Do the Whalen ***** work with the stock shifter? Or would I need to install an aftermarket unit?
