Interior/Exterior Broken rear seat latch

Broken rear seat latch
The clips have broken off on the surround for the passenger side rear seat latch on my 2002 MCS. Any information on removal replacement would be greatly appreciated. Also any idea as to the cost of the part(s) (if DYI repair) and how much the dealer would charge to repair the seat?
I did a search and found pretty much nothing.
