Interior/Exterior Xenon / Fog Color Match

Xenon / Fog Color Match

can anyone suggest a bulb that will better match OEM fogs to the OEM Zenon color? i have searched the forum and have found no threads on this matter. thanks.

I used the Hoen "Xenonmatch" H7 bulbs in my driving lights, and they're just about a perfect match for the factory Xenon low-beams. I think the fog lamps are H11's. The Hoen bulbs are available here.

You're welcome, but please tell me you double-checked (or were already certain) that the foglamps are in fact H11's. I haven't replaced my fogs yet, and I think the size might have changed once over the years, so I'd hate for you to get the wrong ones.

haha. no. i fly by the seat of my pants; whatever that means. i will advise upon receipt and attempted install if they are the proper fitment for a 2006 MCSa.

after a quick review of the fitment guide, i believe that the H-11 is the proper choice for fog lights. i canceled my original order for H-7s via customer service and reordered the H-11s.

But i thought it was only h-11 in the earlier cars and they switched to h7 in the later cars?

indicates H-11 which is the same as Hoen's fitment indicated, so we will find out upon delivery and install.
