BTW, do I detect a Ford Probe GT back there? I always liked mine despite the poor build quality of the interior and the lack of good brakes. It was a decent "almost" sports car.

I'll guess rear bumper lamps from an Olds Aurora?
Are they functional?

Hey...it's Three Stooges Night...niuck niuck niuck...

No, they are not fogs...Yes that is my mom's Probe (the one "her son" designed at Ford so she'll never part with it)...No they are not R56 parts...Yes they're functional reflectors...cheap insurance against the "lowest common denomintor driver" in our good old US of A...

NO I didn't make that beautiful boy...My wife did...I just supplied the sperms...

Looks nice.

re: PGT - I had one too. Used it for STS autocrossing. Pretty decent car, especially in mildly modified form, with a great engine looking for a lighter chassis like an MR2 or something even smaller like a Locost. Mazda did a pretty nice job with their 2.5L V6. I worked up a different intake system (ram air) that added close to 30whp in 3rd gear.

Those would be a great reflector for the people with the clear lenses on the back. As always, great work misfit.

So were those reflectors pre-cut and just happened to fit? Or are they a custom cut? Looks good.

Custom cut...I made a template of the grill and then shaped the plexi which is then overlayed with 3M reflector...

I'd be interested to hear how you managed to do that.

Wow very nicely done. I like how much detail it adds to the rear.

Thanks...I'll take a shot at night...you'd be amazed how much further you can spot the Mini in the dark...I guess that would be bad if a cop was tailing me...

I had a Probe GT Turbo 4 cylinder, one of only 5000 made ever, it was a 1989.

I loved that car!!!

Bought in Washington (state) and driven for 12 years hard. I took it to England and drove it for 6 years all over Europe. Did I mention I loved that car!

Brought it back to the states and drove it more and more, just loving it. I loved it.

The ex insisted I get a new car or at least a car with a warranty because I was putting 80,000 miles a year on it and she sold my Probe out from under me for a 1999 Mitz 3000. What a Dog!!! That’s about the time of the divorce, any coincidence, who can guess?

I took my new life and my dog Mitz to the dealer and got my 2002 MCS. I’m in love again.

Sorry I didn't explain myself - I wasn't referring to the center reverse light. Each rear lamp turn indicator has a clear circle rather than the OEM orange. Is this a mod of the OEM or a seperate part altogether? I would like to replace my OEM to have the same look. THX for any info you can share.

Oh...sorry I misunderstood...that's a "euro" lamp replacement...still has yellow bulbs behind it or in my case, yellow LEDs...
