I know this thread is kind of past its time, but I too was wondering if there was someone who could post the pictures, or do another How-to so I can see it.

Thanks!

I don't have the pics, but it is pretty straightforward. Just jack up the car and remove the liners. Thereare only a few nuts holding it on. Then you will see the places where they are hitting and be able to trim it there.

I didn't bother cutting anything. Just leave the liners on the car and drive it for a while. Eventually the tires will rub through the liner material.

Holy thread resurrection!

Though i would have to say it matters the offset and size of the wheel/tire combo for how much you have to trim. My tires would not have rubbed enough material off in their lifespan that stop them from rubbing. I had to remove a decemt amount of material.

Be careful about just letting the tire rub until the plastic wears away. The tire can rub on more than just plastic. Under the plastic there is metal that can rub. I had to trim/pound a little metal in the wheel well arch area.
If you are not going to trim the rubbing areas, you might want to take a good look at the areas rubbing to make sure the tire is only rubbing on plastic and you might want to check ever once and a while to make sure the tire did not rub through the plastic and is now rubbing on metal.
