How do I replace R53 front grilles?

Greetings! I recently bought my first car, an R53, and am doing my first DIY modification: front grilles. I've googled many times, searched everywhere, but could only find god-awful instructions on this. I'm not a DIY guy, but I'm giving this a shot, and from what I hear, people say it's not too difficult, so I figured it'd be a good place to start.

This guide has terribly-confusing words for even the first section. They imply it's super easy and just have to undo some bolts. Yet, there aren't any bolts to be found. There's metal fasteners that hold the plastic spikes in place. But without breaking it, me, my father, and about five or six of our friends don't know what the hell this guide is talking about and don't know what to do.

Thanks for not telling us how.

This guy had the same issue with a similar description. I can post pictures if you guys need them, but there really isn't much more than I described.

It's actually not too bad of a job. Just the scary sounding part is you'll have to take off the front bumper cover.

This is a link to the m7 Tuning's instruction page. There are no written instructions in the how-to , but then again, a picture is worth a thousand words. There are plenty of them to get you through the install.

Right, those are nuts, not bolts. You just need to unscrew all of the nuts off the plastic posts, and the grill will pull right off. The nuts are somewhat tedious to unscrew (there are 11 of them), but it goes easily if you use a 10 mm bit from a socket wrench set. Really, this is so simple that detailed instructions aren't necessary.

whoever decided that the grill should be held on with plastic studs and one time use flimsy "nuts" is truly nuts. why would real threads and fasteners that could be tightened and loosened instead of one time use junk have been such a bad idea?
