DIY how to replace front arch reflector light
Hey Everyone, So I did my search on how to replace a front arch reflector light and I couldn't find anything, I was too lazy to figure it out myself until today, lol.
what you need:
(1)Philips screw driver
(1)bulb
(1)WD-40
Steps:
1. start by spraying wd40 on the 3 screws(2 at the bottom and 1 on the top) as shown. The reason is to avoid damaging the screw head in the case its very rusty.
2. unscrew the top screw as shown
3.unscrew the bottom 2 screws as shown
4. hold the fender arch and pull as you are pulling toward the front of the car. be careful not to break any of the 4 tabs as shown
5. unplug the bulb and replace
6. plug back the bulb in the fender arch
7. push back the fender arch while watching carefully where the 4 tabs will sit in their place
8. screw back the 2 screws at the bottom and the top screw
9. you're done
After figuring out how to do it, it only took about less than 1/2 hour.
And I do apologize for only having 3 pictures because I cannot upload more than three
