Has anyone tried the "Typhoon" intake setup from K&N on their MCS yet? I've always had good luck with K&N, so I'm really tempted to try it out.

A lot of talk has gone on about air intakes and the general consensus is that without the heat sheild the K&N typhoon intake is one of the worst. If I could afford it right now I'd get a MINI-Madness intake from RandyBMC... do a search on air intakes and you'll find a wealth of information on here.

You can also talk to RandyBMC as he's done lots of testing with all sorts of MINI mods and is sortof the guru of all things performance MINI related.
