Mini JCW on the Big Island....
Anyone seen the 04 Mini JCW on the big island that is for sale...????

Lots of stuff on there... makes me think twice about the 06 I have coming in... But after more thought, I will stick with the new 06.... If I didn't have one on order yet, i'd most likely pick this one up...
I do like:
-JCW
-LSD
-Springs
-intake & exhaust
-Aero
-pulley on the JCW
-great color combo
I don't like:
-2 years already gone on warranty
-What is voided now on the current warranty due to the mods???
-5K miles is great, but how hard are those mile...you can't have a car like this and not beat on it, at least a little bit....

I do prefer quaife over factory clutch-type LSD, but the '04 gearing leaves something to be desired for street use, especially considering the lightweight flywheel. The 19% and H2O intercooler would be perfect for driving in the tropics, though!

I know the car!
I know the car! The owner took very good care of it, and the mods are extensive. Everything that was done to it ws first rate, and the body and interior was spotless last time I saw the car. It is 'as advertised', and if you want a lot of Mini for your money you need to check this car out.
The seller just closed on a new home here on the Big Island, and I think thats the main reason for the sale. Owner's name is Steven, and a really nice guy.
Call him to check out the car and get the straight scoop.
