Ok, folks...I've continued to have problem after problem and I'm getting pretty tired of it. I want to know if you folks think I've got a lemon and if its worth fighting. Here's a list of all of the issues I've had:

Stumble
2 Power Steering Rack replacements
1 Power Steering Pump replacement
1 Dead Battery
1 Passenger-side Xenon Replacement (and the module is still not working ALL the time....so it's going back in to be checked)
1 Driver-side window motor replacement
Seriously crazy gas mileage - approx 17-18mpg

I WANT to think that this is "normal early-model" MINI issues and that its stuff I shouldn't worry about. But I'm terrified that I'm not going to be able to sell it or trade it in to get my new car.

Your thoughts??? Anyone....

 

I believe you have to have the same failure 3 times to even begin the lemon law process. On that note, hope for another steering rack to need replacing.

 

Repair of the same problem for 3x, or 30 days out of service within the first 24 months. It should qualify.
