I don't think there is a Hawaii supplier for MTH; to be honest, I don't think we need it. I worked with Volker directly and purchased and loaded the TUNER file. Good stuff! Start by going to the MTH site : http://www.mth-powerchip.de/_neu1407/e_index.php

Eastsidemini was telling me that at least another person in Hawaii did the same.

I don't know of any local vendor for mth software.
Most owners deal with Franz directly.
Just allow some time for correspondence.
You do the install yourself with a laptop and cables that connect to your OBDII port under your dash.

 

Eastsidemini.com does not have the cable but does know someone who does.

You don't deal with Franz anymore (his English is somewhat limited and he's busy on the programming side); instead, you deal with his business partner Volker and he is very good with follow-up. Files are sent to Volker and he has been turning the files around in as little as one day - mine TUNER file took two or three days.

$300 Euro so dollar amount will depend on the PAYPAL rate - for me it was $376.39. I also paid 86 Euro (or $107.41) for the cable from Germany.

The TUNER file IS the software.

I see what you are asking now. Yes, as soon as you pay, Volker sends you CARTUNE. You use this to extract the file from your car (via a ODB2 cable) and send it back to him (there will be two extracted files). CARTUNE is used to upload the file that Volker sends back to you.
