I heard from a friend of mine that works on hydrolic lifts that an X5 dropped on a 7 Series recently at the local dealership!!!!! The lift failed! Luckily no one was hurt. Damn, that's so scary! Glad it wasn't a MINI...

My MINI goes back in on Tuesday for a passenger side Xenon replacement. So as you can imagine, I'm crossing my fingers and knocking on wood!!!!

 

I do know that an X5 got crunched a couple years ago with a lift.

 

oh yah? yikes! well this time it was an X5 that was on the upper lift that failed and crushed the 7 Series below.

aiyah!!!! I would hate the be the owner of that 7 Series!!!

But that's why there is "shop insurance".

It's good no one was hurt.
That could have been much more "expensive".
