That's a good question. Why not just patch it for now?

You usually can't beat TireRack's prices, but on such a small tire, it may be more expensive to order from there, ship it in and then pay for installation. Shipping, installation and disposal will probably be @ $45.

 

i went to costco and the guy said its not patchable and they dont carry tires that size

 

The replacement Conti is $52 at TR, plus $19 for shipping. Try and see who sells Contis here as it my be the same price or even a little cheaper locally.
