Is anyone going to the event Sunday? I'm looking to meet some members and possible join the club. Would've cool if we met some place and rolled in together.

I have SCCA autocross, season championship runoffs all day.

I wish MINI of HI would quit scheduling events on the same dates as SCCA events.
This is about the 6th time it's happened and all the dates are up on the SCCAHawaii.org site if they cared.

Otherwise I would have gone.

 

If anyone is interested there are autocross events nearly every month at Aloha Stadium lower parking lot.

Currently there are about 4-5 active MINI drivers in various classes from Stock to Street Prepared.

Come on out to watch (free), just park in the Flea market area and walk over to the lower parking lot.

If you can reach one of us (tell the gate person you want to talk to Brad) we can get you in to see the cars up close, maybe go for a ride during fun runs at the end of the day, about 330pm. You'll need closed shoes, we can get you a helmet.
