Gp2 strutbrace is it adjustable ? Have you adjusted yours

I see locking nuts on the Gp2 strutbrace but to date have not heard of anyone adjusting it?

i am assuming it's an adjustable part,
but am I worrying too much, should I use some form of thread lock if I do open it up?

I have not really seen anyone adjust them other than installing them and tightening them down. The locking nut on that top brace is just for fine adjustment so it will fit. Not so much for dialing anything in.

The GP2 has adjustable front camber. This is different than all other 2nd generation cars.

Under those strut bar end plates, you’ll find the GP2 strut tops are slotted to allow for adjusting camber. If you adjust camber, then you need to adjust the strut bar too. That would be the only time you should need to touch that bar.
