Need quick response! Is this a good deal?

I have the opportunity to buy a 2013 GP with 55k miles for $17k. I have seen values on bring a trailer but those were lower miles. Is this a good deal?

I am am getting a PPI tomorrow but it looks to be in great condition, California car it whole life, and clean title. Assuming all mechanically checks out should I pull the trigger? Need to put a deposit on it tonight.

If I had the opportunity and a wife that didn't say "You're not getting a freakin' racecar!" Then I'd probably drop some money down on it. For comparison, I got my JCW with 38k on it for $18k and some change.

If the car checks out mechanically and regular maintenance have been done then shouldn't be any big problems with 55K miles.

If you can live with 2 seats, I say buy it as the price seems to be the going price for the GP. They will also hold their price better thand the JCW.

Quick search for comparison

I used the same line with my wife when I did have an opportunity to buy a GP. It didn't waver her steadfastness on decision for me not owning a "racecar."

It's not THAT much faster then a JCW ( reference to not being a race car per say ) and it does have the ability to haul more then say a Miata, BMW Z4, etc...
