About a $1k. At least that is what it cost me 3 years ago. Also this was a learning point that Way and I figured out back then. It is good to see someone actually start offering the parts and the know how.

Really like the mats, probably gonna order a pair of those. I hate how my factory mats are going to get very worn wear my feet are.

Yes these mats are so much better than the stock. I just put a set in the R53 GP too, I love the large pad on the drivers side.
FYI I have one set of the GP style for R56 in stock and ready to ship when you order.

I noticed that you have a GPII boot mat, would you have any photos of it?

Does it cover the complete boot in the GPII?

Thanks!

Been busy lately:
Added Blackout Tail lights

Also added some Hsport Adjustable Control arms and aligned the car,
Installed NM Titanium Heatshield, and NM Torque Arm Bushing.

Did an Oil change at 1400 miles for Break in service
Swapped the Red Brake Duct inlets for Black, really cleans the front up

MINI doesn't recommend one, but I like to do one about 1200 miles.

Hey Way, for the rear tail lights surround trim, are those the black line trim as well? They don't look so black in this pic, or did you paint it body color?

I did them in Grey Plasti Dip which matches the GP grey perfect.

Yes the mats will fit, but we can make a specific R58 red/black set for you.

as for the red ducts:
http://www.waymotorworks.com/red-bra...-from-gp2.html
they will only fit the JCW bumper though.

Hey Way, so did you end up putting the JCW Stage 1 Air Box into your GP2 yet? If so, did you put in the one from pre-LCI or post-LCI?

Let me know! Thanks!

I think I could retrofit the mirrors. But to do the rear wiper you would need new glass and wiring. Would be a huge pain.

I don't think the nav would be worth it as it would take a lot of work, wiring, and expensive parts. Garmin would be so much better deal.
Dumb question: why does the stalk module have to be replaced? Does the GP stalk not have a place to plug in the MF/CC wiring set?

The stalk is actually a module and the hardware can't be programmed to add the cruise. So replacing it and reprogramming it is the only way to add it.

Way,
I that the CG lock is one of your first mods. I have one too and plan to use it. I also have a pair of Schroth harnesses left over from my R-53. It doesn't look like I can use them on the GP (or R-56 for that matter). Do you know of a harness setup for the GP? The Recaro seats don't have the usual headrest slot to route a harness through let alone any back seat belts to connect with.

I'm waiting to see more of the build process. So far I see accessories and blunt promotion of products offered on your site. When does the cool **** start?

We've also installed a Forge Intercooler with NM Discharge pipe. I can feel a good improvement and response. I've been logging the intake temps and I can get them down to 2 deg over ambient while cruising now, and when I see that I can punch the gas and enjoy the car pulling to redline.

Right now I'm playing with a couple different intakes and will report when I'm finished.
