Yesterday, about 10:30 am, on I280 between San Jose and San Francisco, in California, I spotted a new GP no. 0682, with temporary Pennsylvania plates, driven by a nice fellow who acknowledged my thumbs-up but, with his suit coat neatly hung on a hanger behind his seat, was clearly on his way to a meeting. Wish we could have stopped and chatted. (I was driving a bright red Audi A3 station wagon from the San Francisco press pool).
Anyone know anything more about the story of what this car was doing so far from its apparent new home?
