Damn do I want your seats for my GP! Looks awesome, so you are saying it was done by a custom interior shop, we cannot buy this as a kit and put on our cars? Looks stellar.

Yes, it was custom made by Lawrence and fitted by him, he had the car for 3 weeks as when it went in the car was just the standard GP interior.

On one hand I can't see why the parts can't be made and sold but on the other hand, fitting may be a pain.

If you see any of those seats for sale, you let me know. They are sooooo much better than US spec GP seats! Looks great overall, nicely done

+1

I want those seats... so bad. I wonder if there's a way to retrofit 2nd Gen Recaros into the 2st Gen MINI...

The interior trim pieces look beautiful btw

Strangely enough I've decided to change my seats.....have a few in mind for replacements so not 100% decided on which.

Have my eye on some R56 JCW Sparcos in alcantara someone is selling but obviously depends if they're still available should mine sell.

Have posted them on UK forums for £950 so, see what happens.....shame about the postage it would take to get then to the US!

What sort of seats are in the US models then?
