I caught your feeler here. Did your GP sell, or are you still considering selling it? I sold my CS a couple of years ago and have regretted it ever since, so I've been passively considering something to replace it.

 

Still have it. Had a few offers, but on the low side so I haven't given this GP up yet. If you regret letting go of the CS, the GP will be bring you even more joy. I call it a CS on steroids
