Water Spray Kit for Intercooler

Anyone run one of these Alta Sprayer kits to help reduce heatsoak on their intercooler? I bought one off the Market today and hope it helps cool off the intercooler a bit quicker.

Use only distilled water.....otherwise after a while there will be white "barnicles" growing on the intercooler.

Would probably work even better with a CRYO2 sprayer.

The same will happen with washer fluid...it is usually made with pretty hard water..
I cringe everytime i hear of a person using washer fluid for water meth injection...
Washer fluid is water and methanol....it is convient to buy....
But the hard water will crystallize and cause issues...
In an injection system, it couod cause rapid engine wear...
on a external cooling application, you might just grow some scales...so a good cleaning with vinigar on you ic would clean it...most descales say not to use on aluminum....but limeaway would work..just rinse off quick...acids and aluminum don't mix (vinigar is pretty weak).

BTW, how do I hook it up without giving up my front windshield wipers since I have a GP and it has no rear wiper?

Add a tank, a pump, and an on switch....then the tubing.
