Do you know if anyone has had any problems with this store I have ordered a few items it has been almost 1 month and I cannot get a hold of anyone

 

I ordered from them last year with no problem but have not dealt with them recently.

and because he didnt know who I was he hung up on me. This is really pretty **** poor service he needs to be closed down as it looks like he is starting to SCAM people again!!!!

I ordered 60 dollar eyeballs a year ago.. thought they would be awesome for the dragon..
yeah needless to say..a year of trying to get ahold of him.. with nothing.. so.. next best step.. im going after him for my money.. the point not being the money.. is that he stole from me.. and thats not cool..
just a pure waste of time, and it makes me sick because he has his stupid website still up.. waiting for another sucker to come along.. he messed with the wrong ruffcat.. and Jeff if you think its funny that you take peoples money and dont come through.... im about to make it even more funny.. get with it, and get me my money.. simple

ok so I filed a complaint with the BBB, i happened to have the invoice saved in my bill file on the comp.. copied sent it to them, and have my copy, well this morning I got an email, after two more phone calls, and he has changed the invoice to say order cancelled. So if the order is cancelled do I get my money back? Of course, back to the same thing, I pick up the phone it rings.. then a pause, he must have hit ignore because it went right to VM.. cahmon dude give me a break will ya? The thing is you must be seeing us post this??? Otherwise, how else would you have known who's order it was..my name is much more different then lilruffcat.. do the right thing.. refund my money, and the other peoples money that you "stole"

 

Went through this with them about a year ago. The most unpleasant online purchase experience I ever went through. After many months and email reminders and nasty posts here, I finally got my stuff. Won't get bitten again.

 

ok..l final update... I did get the money put back in my acct, and he did apologize and all is well.. took a yr, but it's all good.. thanks Jeff for making good on a bad situation.

 

I was leaving Marina Del Rey yesterday, bringing my son home with me for the weekend when I saw a stranded CR/Blk MCS on the side of the rode. I pulled over to see if I could be of assistance, as I do with any MINI...the driver got out and it was Jeff! I haven't seen him in years! Had I seen this thread, I would have said something, lol.

 

It would be nice if he even replied but right now it is not the way to run a business!!!!

 

NAM heard a lot of complaints concerning Jeff business practices - he was booted as an advertiser as was Palo Uber. Jeff was really "hit and miss" sometimes he paid attention to his customers and other times he ignored them. NAM was a better place without him or Palo Uber.

 

The best selection of eyes are/were produced by Tuls significant other - Stoopidgirl. Drop them a PM - Tuls is still somewhat active on the site - or ask Gnatster (Nathan) - Admin/Moderator on NAM - he will know how to reach her. She will/had all color available.
