I park like that too, I try to park on the edge spots and park as close to the side as possible, or usually i'll park by another MINI if the spot looks safe!
Great minds think alike (when it comes to license plate frames)
But at least i can say i got my frame before this guy (jan '05)

It is I, Jack, owner of GP 0885 who visited Ikea on this day and parked within an inch of the wall.
BTW, to answer the question, I did have to crawl out the passenger side... I am 6'4" and 180 pounds, just lift the steering wheel and you can get out on passenger side with ease...
If its any consolation to you tshubin, your plate is the first one I have seen with that quote. I made mine after watching the Austin Powers flick with the MINI..
