Anyone need an outdoor "GP" carcover?

I've posted an ad for this item in the Marketplace. This is the factory OEM outdoor car cover specific to the "GP". This cover was specially designed to accomodate the rear roof wing. Never used, new in the box! Also have center "Aero" grill available, also new. looks great on a GP.

part# 82 11 0 421 606 Cover $240 plus UPS shipping from California

part# 51 13 0 140 259 Grill $40 plus UPS shipping

PM me if interested

... mmm ... car cover ...

That would be mighty nice to have! Well, somebody will have a nice present for their GP here. If it weren't for all the suspension work that my GP got for my birthday this weekend, I would be talking to you about the car cover. And, yes, the Aero grill looks *great* on the GP (my humble opinion, since I did that to my GP, too ... although, I like to OEM look, too). At any rate, "free bump" for your thread, and good luck in your sale.

Thanks Goodfinder! Since winter is not far off I thought some GP owner that doesn't have the luxury of a garage could really use an outdoor car cover made specially to fit the GP rear wing. Congrats on the new suspension, what a nice Birthday present!!!!

This OEM outdoor car cover is specially made for the MINI GP, I think by Weathershield / Covercraft Car Covers? It can be used for indoor use as well but is not lined. If it was lined, condensation could be trapped with outdoor use and wick into the lining.

According to the manufacturer, this cover is made from a durable woven polyester based fabric. This fabric is treated with an immersion process that uses heat and pressure to permamanently encase the fibers to help shed moisture, dust, dirt and bird droppings. It's light, compact and easily stored compared to the thick Evolution material used on many outdoor covers.

An important feature is that this factory approved outdoor cover will accomodate the rear wing of the GP where other Mini covers will not fit correctly! Top is dark gray, body is light gray and the mirror caps are red, comes with a storage bag.

Sorry I don't have a photo. If anyone has a photo, please post. Thanks!

PM me if you're interested. Price is negotiable.

Mighty tempting, but I hope to keep my GP in the garage this winter, although it's outside for now, as I got another project car.
