I really don't think they could fix that in the day or so thats left before MOTD. I'd just leave it be till your return. No reason to rush them and possibly get a poor result.

I hear ya, but we live less than an hour and a half from Fontana dam. We were planning on heading up Saturday afternoon with the girls (6 & 7). I guess we can still make the trip even if we dont have the Cooper. I'm still undecided. My gut tells me to get the car fixed ASAP and not worry so much about taking the Cooper to MOTD, it's not like there will be a shortage of Coopers.

Id say take the Cooper to MOTD, at this point its only a couple extra days. You and your girls will have fun driving it along with all the other Coop's on the road!

Thanks, We got the check form the insurance company today. Believe it or not, they wrote the check from more than the original estimate I got from Magnum. I also asked them about deminished value. I will tell you that they took good care of us. I hope that Magnum lives up to their reputation.

We are off bright and early tomm to go to MOTD. Look for the bruised EB MCS with no tag. That will be us!

The Mrs dropped the Cooper off today and picked up a rental - 2007 VW Pissant, 2.0L Turbo. It has just a little more room than the Cooper. LOL They say the Cooper will be ready by Friday.
