Opinions on the good places/sites for parts...

Hi,

I tried to do a search on this site for MINI parts... but I didn't have much luck... can you all give me some opinions on good websites/places to get MINI parts with good deals and customer service? So far I've found MiniCarParts, MiniMania, Helix13, MiniSport, MossMini, Rogue Engineering and RSpeed.

I'm shopping for these parts rather than have them ordered with my '07 MCS:
* glove box organizer
* Black Rubber Boot Mat
* Bumper Protection
* Grocery Bag Holder
* JCW Floor Mats (Front & Rear)

Also, does anyone how much the MINI dealership would charge to have the above installed? When I created my MINI, I saw that those prices didn't include installation... I can't imagine the above things really needing installations (i.e. floor mats???).

Thanks all!!!

For the GBO, try www.gominigo.com Not sure if they have the R56 model yet, but worth a look anyway.
For MINI accessories, can't beat Morristown MINI for prices. Or Classic MINI (mention NAM for a discount).

Thanks 3cocinas and TWISTER for your suggestions. One of the dealers at MINI suggested I not order the accessories with the car, and instead order them afterwards throught their shop or wherever. He was saying that sometimes those parts either get lost or stolen... anyone ever heard of this?

I third the gominigo glovebox organizer. Much nicer and a better deal than the one MINI sells.

Most of those things don't require any installation. Only the bumper protection, or clear bra. That price will vary since you'll have to find a local place to do it. You have to get it done pretty soon after getting the car though so it will still be pristine.

This is the only part that is beyond kindergarten. If you feel you can align it, it just sticks on.
