I purchased a set of chrome pieces for the tail lights and I opened the box today...imagine my surprise to only find (1) piece (left tail light). I'm going to contact the company tomorrow (I tried this evening but they're closed) to make them aware of the situation.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I also ordered a 5pc chrome set for the front fogs, front turn signals and rear foglight. The box is clearly marked '02 & up, but these pieces do NOT fit my Cooper at all. The front pieces can be tweaked by adding an extra layer of adhesive (something I definitely don't want to do!) but the rear fog doesn't even come close to fitting because of the curvature of the bumper itself.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with the rear fog?

Also, is the rear fog supposed to have a red lens? I thought it would be clear like it is on the S and older MINIs.
