The regional Service Managers or MINIUSA directly? Most helpful for me is the Chicago Region but I didn't know if there was a listing some where with everyone. Trying to get some things sorted out.
I had an intermittant headlight and the warranty ran out on my 03MCS. I sent an e-mail to this address: MINI.Assistance@askMINIUSA.COM
I told them I had taken the car to the dealer before the warranty ran out but it wouldn't NOT work at the time.
They did some investigating told me to make an appointment, two weeks later I had a new headlight!
It's quite amazing how many problems my MINI has had (2 water pumps, rattle in dash, intermittant headlight, windshield cracks, and door lock actuator) but I think it's worth the hassel for the pleasure of driving it.
I actually enjoy the 120 mile drive to the dealer.

In extremely short terms I had an oil pan and transmission and clutch installed 2.5 weeks ago and now have 3 leaks that have developed as a result of letting the dealer do such work.
Thre reason I had a new oil pan dealer over tourqued the plug so much even he couldn't get it out (not to mention I needed a 4ft pole to break the oil filter canister loose). I've had O2 sensors, been in for my drivers side door 3 times passenger door once, had an airbag light come on when they fixed it broke the heated seat so I had to get that replaced (they crashed my car during that visit, honest human mistake but still, and they only half @$$ed the pain fix) I had to complain about the clutch 6 times until I flat out said I've sat in many other MINIs I know that that noise isn't normal, new motor mount, software updates to fix the cold start, clock running too fast so the speedometer was replaced. And I'm sure theres more if I had all the paper work in front of me but thats what I cam up with of the top of myhead as I was typing. Needless to say the repeat visits and the fact MINI has spent of $20k in parts and labor fixing my car under warranty isn't sitting well with me esp when I have to keep going back to get things fixed that the tech broke. I complained my brakes weren't working right for over a year, they inisted they couldn't hear the issue, when the parts finnaly arrived (I was told they were new the paper work says refurbished) they heard the brakes when I pulled in, I told them the pads weren't wearing evenly, told the SA he said it was a common problem, later that day I get a call hey we'll fix for you for $555. I said I'd have to come back later since I didn't expect to drop 5$00 that week, I did the brakes that weekend for $30 and billing myself at $100 an hour it still wouldn't have cost that much to do them right. Needless to say I'm done with this dealers service Dept. (which is a shame cause their sales guys are awsome)
But I want to talk to a regional MINI rep because I'd like for MINI to fix the leaks their techs created, and I want to take the car to another dealer in hopes of finding someone competent to fix it.
