Nothing really. Just the OEM cargo net and the widow maker jack. But inside the side panel I have a air compressor, a pair of gloves, tire gauge, tire plug kit and a pair of pliers.

Couple cans of Fix-a-Flat in a black tool bag that says "MINI"; lug wrench; Swiffer duster and box of refills; and these:

I got this at my local Pep Boys: http://www.slimesealant.com/product.php?product=CRK0305

I can't make the entire kit fit but the compressor by itself fits perfectly. The compressor works well but IT HAS NO BLOODY SWITCH!!! . So you gotta use the flippin' ignition switch to turn the bloody thing on and off.

Instead, look for this one: http://www.slimesealant.com/product.php?product=40003 It looks smaller and whoa...IT HAS A SWITCH!!!

uhm, let's see.. this is what i can think of without actually going to look:

MINI jack bag, full size tool kit, hat, gloves, raincoat, ice scraper, quick detailer, microfibers, umbrella, air pump, battery charger, tire repair kit, CA duster, jumper cables, paper towels, cargo net.

i know there's more, but that's what i can remember.

My MINI's boot has a compressor and sealant kit PLUS a large size can of fix a flat. (I took off the run flats) Sometimes the windscreen.

Hoping this spring to make a removeable pair of fiberglass enclosures with additional speakers, subs and amps for the boot.

12v compressor
Dynaplug kit
mini duster
ice scraper
2 microfiber towels (small)
OEM tool kit

All this fits in one small section of the MINI boot organizer. I usually put my laptop and any groceries in the other compartments. That way, I can take corners as the car was designed for.

Right now? A blanket and an umbrella. I also throw in my laptop bag (for work) and a duffel bag (for the gym) on weekdays.

The side compartments are where the action is:
Hat
Mag-lite flashlight
Old school road atlas

I've got an emergency tool kit (Torx bits, fix-a-flat, band-aids, etc), a little air compressor hidden in the side panel, a spare M-65 field jacket, a stocking cap, some random electronic junk, and a bungee net holding it all down in case of spirited driving. Most days I have my laptop in there, too.

Oh, yeah, and the front licens plate, mounting frame, screws, and a screwdriver in case Officer Friendly doesn't like me running around outlaw-style.

Here's a couple of shots showing the items stowed and not stowed. I usually put the laptop in the larger section, gallon of milk or groceries in the middle and the right is reserved for MINI goodies. The thing in the clear bag is the Sears 12v compressor (about $20). The organizer is an official MINI accessory. I think is was about $60 but one of the best mod's by far.

In the boot

A basset hound, ice scraper, duct tape, assorted wrenches and screw drivers, a basset hound, a spare jacket, blanket, extra quart of oil, microfiber towels, tire plug kit, small compressor, small mini jumper cables, oh and did I mention the basset? It's difficult to drag him out. Ever try to remove a 60 lb. snoring dog with ears bigger than the car? The Bearded Collie is in the front seat. Someone's got to read the maps.

cool... i wondered if it was the OEM organizer. I might look into them, but sometimes I stock up on drinks, etc. at Costco, and it would have to be removed for that, I guess. But it would be good for some detailing supplies.
