Is this clutch / flywheel still usable?

Hey everyone.

I have a 2005 JCW that I’m doing the Valeo solid flywheel conversion.

Issue is, I’ve been moving around a lot the last 2 years, so the parts have been in storage and gotten quite rusty. I’m curious if this is still usable / salvageable.

im attaching images of the parts

any insight would be greatly appreciated

It should clean up fairly nicely. Use some vinegar/baking soda and a scotch scotchbrite pad to clean the surface rust off.
When if you didnt clean the surface rust off, where the rust is located isnt where the disc makes contact so it wouldnt cause any issues.

...and I find its always useful to have a bottle of Sykes Ospho rust neutralizer in your tool arsenal.
The stuff works amazingly well!
