Bought my ‘10 Cooper S back at the end of ‘11. Red and black. Bernice was gorgeous! And I was pretty sure the most fun car I’d ever own. Then….i bought a Lotus Elise. My poor Bernice got relegated to outside parking and didn’t get driven too much. Alas, mice got in her and she’s toast. Broke my heart. But, just picked up a beautiful ‘20 JCW! Here’s some pics of my Bernice w/her new Brit Sister the day I brought The Blue Meanie home.

Congrats from another MINI & Lotus owner! Enjoy the JCW: it looks great! Best improvement that I did was the JCW Pro suspension. Much improved, predictable handling with negligible effect on ride comfort. Alas, my JCW is gone and I’m driving a ‘22 Cooper S.

After four Minis and 20 years I can no longer abide a car where I am peering over the front wings to see what's ahead.

Other than that though, a tough choice! ;-)

I know we’ve briefly chatted over at LotusTalk. Nice to see you here! Aren’t they great little cars? I got it for 4K under value. I’m thinkin because all the mods. Or, Betty was just waiting for me! LOL! But I stole her for what I paid. And brother? Been driving her like I stole her too! LOL!
