2026 Countryman JCW

My Mini's back all grown up 🤣 I couldn't resist 😍 Indigo Blue & Red, looks very Mini-ish. It's Mini-Max.
I wanted something smaller than the GMC Sierra (it replaced) but larger than the F54 platform. It's not as nimble as the F-series but still fun to drive.
I get a kick out of the steering wheels sense of urgency when returning to center. The Oled is a pain but I'm not a screen surfer, so once I get it dialed in, it should be good.

Nice car.
How does it compare in price, performance, handling, etc to the BMW SUV with the same drivetrain? Just curious.

May sound funny but I didn't even consider any other SUV. I actually never cared for SUV's . Out of all the cars I owned (over 41 years) Mini's were the most fun, quirky, silly and cute.
My buddy had a CRV loaner for a while, that one was plush-er. I've also been in a Mazda CX5 and that was harsher than the U25. if the U25 didn't exist, not sure what I would've grabbed.

Congrats! Looks like you got the standard JCW brakes and not the floating upgraded ones. Thats the first time MINIs had floating front brakes. Now also is the factory black shiny plastic on the arches Vs the matte stock finish.

Floating brakes, got a pic of them? The center caps are floating type. I didn't notice the matte arches on the 25's as there weren't any 25 leftover JCW's.
Bought plenty of stuff from you guys for my previous F56. Don't think I'm going to lower this one or mess with the suspension.

I see, those are for the 20" wheel option. I test drove a 20" wheel version and thought it rode a bit harser, had summer tires too. My model has 19" with All Seasons, rides a bit smoother.
