New here and in serious need of help

Hi guys im in some serious need of help i bought a 2010 mini cooper base r56 it had misfire codes for cylinder 1 found it had a cracked exhaust valve in cyl.1 lapped new valves in the head did timing chain kit new headgasket pistons and cylinders looked in good condition new thermostat housing the guy i bought it off did new injectors coils plugs and cam sensors im doing this car as a suprise gift so while i was doing motor i did entire color change now im in trouble my deadline is Thursday and the car ran fine around the shop just finished reassembly and took for first road test and im right back to my beginning point other than the car looks new lol misfires in cyl.1 codes are 2772, 2773, 2782, 2783 im very bummed out as the car ran fine with no misfires for a week at the shop while i was painting and thought i was home free with my deadline

still have gotten no where motor has got good compression and fuel pressure is good. 2000 rpm and higher she has absolutely no misfire and if the codes are cleared it idles with no misfires for 3-5 minutes then cly.1 misfires alot

Might be better post on the stock-problem section of the specific gen.
I'm no expert but if it was me with misfires I would start by checking electrical and fuel.
Could be the pump. Could be the ignition.
Start with the simplest test. Swap the coil, and see if the problem moves from one cylinder to the other. Then swap the plugs and check again. One simple way to eliminate possible problem progressively. New stuff doesn't mean it isn't defective or been installed flawlessly

These codes are not directly OBD-II standard. They are likely BMW/MINI specific, and the numbers you are quoting most likely point to misfires on cylinder 1, sometimes fuel injection or ignition related.
