Looking to come back to the Mini Side!

Well after a couple of years(3) of not having my tuned 2013 S i am looking to come back, i just miss it so much.
Looking at a Black 2022 S with 66k or a Certified almost Pearl White 2024 with 13k.

2024 has plenty of factory warranty left and is $26k
2022 is none and is $22k

Obvious choice to me is the Pearl White 2024 S. Since they are effectively the same car.

1. I dont see anything about the B series cars here?? i see alot of folks saying F56 but then Google says its 4th gen and an F66 (then another search says 3rd gen) but its clearly marked on the motor as B56 or 48 i forget but it was a B motor for sure ?
2. I dont like sun roofs, and of course both have the dual pane moon roof, anyone see any leaking issues with these as chevy and ford have repeatedly had over the years?
3. Boy what a change from 2013, there is a pivotal change in the cabin in how you fit. I felt Cramped, without being actually cramped, its a much tighter fit. (i like it but its a change)
4. Throttle pedal is or feels like its way too short of a throw, i dont put my toes on the top of the throttle, nor at the bottom but it really feels like a short throw throttle.
5. Steering, boy what a change, so stiff (i like it)
6. 7-speed auto with manual/.auto stick and paddles.
7. what's the word on the street for tuning? Is Lou from Prototype-R still around doing tunes ? Their site has always lacked details so i cant tell if they are covering 2024 models (i wouldnt do anything til warranty runs out)
8. How is the auto trans for winter driving (being in iowa)? I have seen a few things that the traction control is much better now days. i would feel that in manual mode it would/could be slightly similar to the manual 2013 i had.
9. Sweet lord i thought the 2013 was cramped to work on, the newer models are impossible! sure i can get to the plugs and stuff but wow.. insane how tight they made things now.
10. when are they could to make an all wheel drive Coup damn it! i have a feeling the torque would tear it apart haha.

I am super eager but super cautious as it seems weird that someone traded in the vehicle with only 13k on it, but they admitted it was a lease. 13k in about 1 1/2 yrs isn't Sunday driving but also could be travelling coast to coast either.

Hello,

1. You have a 2024 possibly so it might not have these issues for a while and much higher miles. : https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...periences.html
2. Just the track and cables issues. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...rchid=21117339
7. piggyback modules : https://www.ecstuning.com/Mini-2024-...gine/Software/
7. Its fine, i would just get winter tires/wheels to swap out.
10. Countryman or Clubman all4 or JCW for that
