Depends on service records. If clutch has been replaced, timing chain, control arm bushings, front struts, and supercharger service. Yeah, I'd happily pay $8500. Otherwise, I wouldn't pay more than $6k. Repair costs on aging cars with BMW priced parts will add up quickly if it hasn't been maintained.
