Mini GP3 Allocations

I was interested in finding out the numbers of GP3’s allocated to countries around the world. I know there were 3000 made and the US got 500 of them. I contacted UK Mini customer service in England and they said they could not find that information, kind of hard to believe.
Anyone have that info?
